These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase items from www.bulleybrand.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

We sell clothing and related accessories. Descriptions and images on our site are for reference- 

small differences may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing variations.

3. Placing an Order

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an email from us. 

We may cancel or reject orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are in GBP unless in foreign country. You must pay in full at checkout. 

We accept a variety of payment methods. These are displayed at checkout. 

5. Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Standard Shipping (UK): Typically arrives in 2–5 working days

International: Delivery time varies depending on destination and customs.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. 

You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.

No exchanges unless it’s for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).

To request a return, email admin@bulleybrand.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.

Bulley reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

7. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return,

 or proof of return. We do not refund express or premium delivery options.

8. Product Issues

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact admin@bulleybrand.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. 

We will assess and advise next steps in line with UK consumer protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs, strikes). 

Losses from using our products in unintended ways. 

Business-related losses (e.g. resale or commercial use).

10. Resale Prohibited

Our products are for personal use only. 

We may cancel any order suspected of being for unauthorised resale.

11. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked in the site footer).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. 

Legal disputes can be brought in UK courts or your local country’s courts if outside the UK.
